not enough info to properly answer. Like, have you only had an on-line relationship? Have you previously met him in person, here in the states? Has he met your family? If you're asking question about him liking you .. He's not been clear about his feeling or true intentions with you. And with uncertain questions I definitely would advise not. You are putting too much at risk.
Until you are absolutely sure about this relationship, let him come out here to you. When we make things too easy for men, they see us as exactly that .. easy and they quickly lose interest. Not to mention you safety here. You have more protection and rights here in this country, and even this is questionable - imagine in another country - where you have "NONE" Think about it before you make a big mistake. Let him come to you.

But who is paying for you to go overseas? If he'll split the cost with you then he likes you enough.
