If you are a guy dating younger girls, go ahead. But if you are a girl dating a younger guy, it's much more complicated... This is my list of pros and cons, a girl that already dated a younger guy... I am twenty three, he is turning twenty! (I might be stereotyping a lot, but this is my experience when I compare ex-boyfriends...)
+: Younger guys are more adventurous, he is still a student so doesn't have to get-up early, he has no wrinkles(LOL) soft skin and gorgeous bodies (not yet fattened by beer...) they still play with you, even though it's childish. They live in the moment and are spontaneous. The guy gets a slap on the back and a "good job" for dating an older girl!
-: Younger guys aren't as serious, afraid of commitment, still wants to play, even if it's not with you... They care a lot about what their friends will say and think, are not always willing to go the extra mile and unfortunately, they get fat from all the beer after a while...(LOL) The girl usally gets looked at funny, and people tend to think you are desperate and can't do better. I especially had problems with the girls of his age.
Well, all said and done: I came to Japan for six months and he wasn't willing to wait...

Dating someone younger, depending on both ages, can tip on the scales quite a bit seeing as the older of the two generally has a more responsible and difficult role. This can benefit either side seeing as the younger can gain confidence and experience in social interactions while the older gets much needed affections or confidence in their self also. The older lover generally supports the younger through various times of their journey together. There are set backs also. Again this can also be based on the differences of years between the two. Dating a young person can be hazardous to your health in more than one way. Also, the strain of maintaining a balance of alpha and beta roles is more than some can handle. A younger partner is more likely to me demanding with time and possibly money and affection also. They can be critical of you, but the reverse is true. In opposition they can adore you close to the nature of idolism. I have known several long lasting, healthy relationships with couples differing twenty years in age. From three to five years is a more acceptable range for it gives room for the younger partner to mature and assures also that the elder receives necessary care should this partnership last. This is give and take and each case varies. A minor difference in age is generally a healthy aspect for both parties involved.

Firstly, how much younger?? 1~5 yrs? 5~15yrs?

the good things is: In most case, the one that is older will always give ways to the younger ones.

the bad thing is: when one gets much older, the older one may not have the stamina to keep up with the younger ones, which may or may not be more active in everything (especially in Sexual activities). The younger ones will then source for other opportunity to seek their satisfaction.
Unless the younger ones is a lazy one.

But the main thing is: it doesnt matter, most important is they can understand each other, if not, you'll get into alot of problem when they get older...

So, try to avoid having to far of a age differences...

Just my 2 cents worth of thoughts.

I have experience in this - just so you know

Pros:
- They tend to look up to you
- You tend to know more than them and have more control in the relationship
- They tend to submit to you more
- They can remind you of your younger side :)

Cons:
-Sometimes their maturity can be lacking
-They might decide they want someone younger

I don't know if they'd be "pro or cons" but here are some rules:
1. at least 18years or older
2. younger than 23
3. have a job
4. have a car
5. doesn't have to follow rules at home
6. knows his "place" with me
7. knows that "this" is just fun

Well depends. If your a pro, be sure they are of legal age. If they are not of legal age, you could end up being a CON. (jail kind)

just make sure the person is over the age of consent in your area, but if they are too young, don't expect a long term relationship
