Well I like this guy and he kept on dropping signals and I really thought he liked me but turns out he doesn't. Everybody else thought he liked me too, but he says over and over he doesn't. I understand rejection but why do I feel so bad? Did I really like him that bad? How can I get him off my mind (but don't tell me to think of something else, I've tried)?

You say he does not like you, I think this time it could be an ego thing that just makes you feel down and bad, is like when you think of him your heart pounds but is not the liking so much as it might be your ego. there is nothing you can do if he does not like you then he does not and don't feel bad is a feeling that goes away once you get to know another guy that you will start liking. just give it time and go out and enjoy yourself you will see how in no time you will feel better...

You may UNDERSTAND rejection.......but you're having a difficult time ACCEPTING it. That's normal. It wasnt that you "liked him that bad" Rejections is very difficult.........As you are now learning.
It's not the end of the world. Involve yourself in many other people and activities. Dont leave yourself time to dwell on only the pleasantness of whatever you thought you had going with him. Because in fact, there was NOTHING there. Sooooooo,
TRY harder on banishing him from your thoughts! Determination is the key. Are ya gonna let this beat ya? Of course you're NOT!
Now get on with your life..........And ENJOY!!!
