I was wondering if your spouse has cheated on you three times, well dont get me wrong i have done it in the past, and we both decide to move away from the drama, so anyways the point of my question is, would you ask your spouse to sign a piece of paper stating, if either spouse cheat they that would let the other have full custody of the child? do you think this is fair? My other question is would you move back to the area, that caused the cheating over a job, that was more money?

This was a 3 year relationship. Things were rocky at the end,he told me he had been approched at work and he felt there was some interest there and he did not want to hurt me like I was hurt before. I told him if there was interst then we did not need to be together. We both (to my surprize) decided to be friends. Right after this he slept with his ex-wife who is having a baby now. They are not together and she does not want to be with him, all she wanted was a baby. My heart is sick. I know we were not really together, but I can't turn off my feelings. We have spoken a few times and he said he knows he has lost the best woman he has ever had and dosen't want me out of his life. I am so confused, I feel I would be better off alone, than with someone that could do this to me.

If a man is separated, yet not divorced, I don't think it's fine to ' date ' him. Technically he's still married. Some have other thoughts. Interested in yours. Real answers only please.

Right after we got married, my husband left to come to Germany and we were separated for 5 months. When I got here, there was some question about a relationship he had w/a girl over here. When she kept calling from Kuwait, I packed my things and left only to have him beg me to come back b/c he swore he was never "with" her. He said he didn't want to lose me over something that he did not do. I believed he didn't sleep with her, so I stayed. I know he lied about some things but there has been no communication between them for over a year and we are now expecting our first child and have an incredible marriage. Of course it still nags at me, but it is possible that he really has changed or do I need to watch for signs of this happening again? And was I incredibly stupid to take him back? (BTW I was pregnant then, too and ended up m/cing)

One has been there thru thick or thinand is more mature and stable, but can not commit. The other is willing to commit and go the whole mile from day one, but has not been around as long and is not as stable to back up their wants, but they have been waiting and hoping for a chance (In the mean time he has made steps to be a little more stable, with hopes that one day he will marry me.). HELP!!!!!!!!

When I met my husband, I had been accepted to the college I had wanted all through HS as well as their ROTC program and intended on earning my commission in the Army. Instead, I came Active Duty so that we could live overseas together and sometimes I regret it. What is the best way to get over this? It's worse b/c he gets promoted quicker than I do b/c I was national guard at first and do not have as much "time in" as he does and he likes to rub it in my face...when in actuality, he could be saluting me! How do you get over the things you regret in your past?

My brother whom is 17 years old, I've had legal guardianship since he was 10. He has been out of control for the past four years, he got kicked out of two high schools and GED classes for basically not doing any work, walking around, going to other classrooms to chat with friends. He's becoming a father, doesn't work and is disrespectful. Recently I sent him back to his mother for awhile and last night I found out he was picked up in the state next to ours for some unknown narcotic reason while riding along with his step-uncle and friend. My mother expects me to go pick him up tomorrow from court. The court said if one of us (her or I) doesn't show up tomorrow then they will keep him in there until he's 18, which is a month away.
Before anyone ask, my mother is a drug head and alcoholic and my father has a mental disease so that is why I took him when he was younger. No, my parents aren't together and I do not have a good relationship with my mother.

my boyfriend and his ex just started talking again, he decided to email her since they hadn't spoke to each other in 8 months, their relationship ended on a bad note...so she cut off all contact from him and never called him again he said it was b/c he didnt treat her right and was taking her kindness for weakness, however during our relationship i found out he had been asking about her and was wondering where she was and i'm like why should he care? if their relationship wasnt all that good, he even had the nerve to add her back on his friends list lastnight...after he deleted her months ago i mean what the hell? and to put the icing on the cake he is not responding to any of my messages or phone calls, i feel like i'm losing him especially if theres no communication...so i need your thoughts on this, do you think there's a strong possibility he regrets losing her b/c he didnt treat her right the first time and is aiming for a second chance???

I'm petite, 5"1" in height. Medium olive-complexioned with jet-black curly/wavy hair. My eyes are my best features-- they are black, too and are complimented by my equally dark brows. I don't think there is anything else that's special about my appearance. I don't count myself as exceedingly pretty, but I'm OK to look at.

Could you tell me of a colour that'll suit me, please? I also want to know a good colour for the shoes.

I'm 18 and work as a receptionist and earn less than the minimum wage and I live with my grandparents and yesterday they asked me to pay more than half my salary as rest, I earn about 46 and my sister who also lives with me earns 120 and she is paying 50 and I technically don't think it's fair for me, coz I buy my needs no one else does and how can I support myself with only 20 in my hands when the prices of things are unbelievably high, I tried to tell my grandparents that I couldn't afford to pay so much and they said they don't care coz I would be suffering more if I lived on my own and that they are only teaching me. Think about it my sister is left with like 80 in her hands and I am only left with 20, I don't see how this is fair, my sister told me grandparents how much i'm earning but I know she earns 120 and not 100. I'm suffering and I have no idea what to do...

We have a situation where our extended family (aunts, uncles, cousins) don't communicate often, with each other. It's a dysfunction in the family since our grandparents passed away (their kids were affected and therefore, when they had kids of their own, it was passed down). I'm a part of the younger generation, and I remember when I was little, my grandparents always had Christmas and Easter dinners, together, with everyone. Now that they're both gone, NO one has taken that initiative to bring the family together, again, for our annual dinners. I've tried to contact family and ask them about getting together, and they seem to have an excuse for not participating. I have kids of my own, and I want them to get to know the rest of the family, but it's difficult when no one really makes an effort in getting to know us!!
Someone in our family always has a grudge on someone else in the family! It's sad...what can I do?

A cruel father and step-mother makes a life-altering decision to seperate two sisters for over 10 yrs, based on the step-mother's theory that the older sister is a bad influence on the younger sister, whom they have custody of. The older sister remained at a relatives, to live out the remainder of her childhood, until she reached the age of 18. She moves on with her life, and continued to try to contact her little sister, to no avail. Then when the sisters are joined, again, after almost 12 years, the time apart devastated their relationship. They are distant and don't know much about each other. The older sister has a family of her own, and the younger sister is struggling with an alcohol problem. Her boyfriend is verbally abusive towards her and tries to keep her from contacting the older sister. Meanwhile, the older sister doesn't feel the bond between them, and struggles, herself, to find common ground between them both. What do they need to do? Neither communicate with the dad.

We started dating when she was separated and getting ready for her divorce. Then she became pregnant. Well I was pretty sure it was mine but people told me to still try for a blood test since It could be the hubbys. Well I got in trouble alot for questioning if it was mine. I have lied to her a few times but I do love her. After the baby was born she finally got her divorce and we tryed to work it out. One night she stole my phone and would not give it back abd she finds a OLD text message to a girl that was nothing but a friend that said hey sexy. SO now she thinks I have lied again since i told her i just text my bro. and she wont give in and says i dont deserve another chance. I miss them both dearly, she wont let me see the baby.

was final...I could tell he was hiding from his family ( he lived with them at the time)...he says to me " I still think of you, I dont hate you").

Then at the court house the next day, he comes right up to me and sits next to me on the bench while we are waiting on the Lawyer to sign the papers. He is all joking around and acting like nothing was wrong. My entire guts were ripping out in pain though I didnt show it.

What was that all about? I never asked anyone....... seems like bizarre behavior from someone who wanted the divorce. I certainly didnt. His family was forcing him.

Then every time my old fiends would see him after the divorce he woudl make a comment about where I had moved... I moved to several states for work. ( it was awesome, none of them OR him ever left that town). I was really proud of that.

Then, a few yrs later he sees my parents and said that he regretted it and was sorry. TO THEM , NOT TO ME.

My boyfriend of 3 years has extremely low confidence. His mother was abusive (cheated on his father twice, used to beat him, brought home men and did obvious inappropriate things within ears reach), his father is passive-agressive (awarded full custody of kids but chose not to take them), his younger sister was put into foster care had child at 17 (loose cannon as well), and he has no male figures in his life. He's 27 now, and I finally helped him get back to school (one credit shy of graduating high school). He has no confidence, stutters when he talks to people, has troubel making decisions on his own which often frustrates me because I'm tricked into making them for him. He has no stable friends, but is a respected music teacher and excels at that and is an excellent boyfriend (besides decision making). Should he get counselling? He can't afford anything (neither can I). What should I do to help him? Please help, he's a great guy, with no foundation in himself.
