Well I definitely am not fat....I am 5'6" and weigh 105 !

There is the old "beauty is in the eye of the beholder", but scientifically it has to do with geometry. Basically, distance between the eyes and their relation to the nose etc. Have a look at this site, which goes into detail:

Hmmm.. since beauty is in the eye of the beholder, the concept of a perfect face impossible to define. Personally, I've never seen one!

It means they think you have a perfect face in their eyes. Whatever their definition of perfect is. Like a perfect face for me is one filled with imperfections because I think imperfections are most beautiful thus creating perfection according to me.

It means that you have a very attractive, well-proportioned face with a nice complexion, in my honest opinion.
It could also mean that they think that you look like someone would could be a profile model.

Regardless of what you look (although I assume that you are really attractive :) It means that this person just might be interested in you and is pursuing you. Or that person just thinks, in his/her opinion, that you are very beautiful.

hmmm could mean many things... I have said it to someone before and I ment perfect.,,, perfect shape, perfect eyes, nose, mouth very nice to look at :)
