1. There for you when you need them.
2. Willing to take you places and not embarrassed to act like themselves.
3. Always happy to spend time with you no matter what time it is.
4. Willing to compromise if you both want to do different things.
5. Not awkward if one of you is eating or drinking and the other isn't.
6. Can get along for hours and hours and hours without getting sick of each others presence :)
At least that is how it is with me and my best friend. We support each other immensely and we stay side by side even in a fight.
