if those feelings are of love (emotional bf type), i would be quite upset. questioning why she is dating me, and if the relationship is worth keeping if there's someone else in the picture, especially if she has special feelings for someone else. if you can ask her what those feelings are, like brotherly type, or just a friendly type, maybe she can express those feelings differently in wording
