The IP datagram for a TCP ACK message is 40 bytes long: it contains 20 bytes of TCP header and 20 bytes of IP header. Assume that this ACK is traversing an ATM network that uses AAAL5 to encapsulate IP packets. How many ATM packets will it take to carry the ACK? What if AAL3/4 is used instead?
Thanks for your time!

I recently bought a wireless router to be able to surf on my laptop around the flat, it was working perfectly until about an hour ago. For some reason the laptop will not receive any transmissions. I have tried all the power cycles and everything and I am still able to access my desktop through the router on the LAN but the laptop refuses to show that there's a signal. According to the lights on the front of the router it is transmitting ok so is this a problem with my laptop?

What aspects of IP address makes it necssary to have one address per network interface , rather than just one per host? And why does IP address tolerate point to point interface that have non-unique address or no address?

Orange say that they're gonna offer support soon, but i can't wait that long! I need to put my printer downstairs with my livebox (all-in-one printer, fax....) The livebox has 2 types of USB plug, A and B; so i plugged it into the normal computer one and nothing happens. Anything i can do? (without buying a print server!)

My computer is upstairs so I want to be able to wirelessly sent documents to print, through the livebox to downstairs.
