Go get you a Linksys wireless router, cable it up properly, and you're on your way.

I can see people do not read questions properly, you do not have a connection to connect your modem to a wireless router. So that leaves you only one option, setup a whats called pear to pear network. The chepaest way to do this is using a crossover natwork cable which will allow you to connect your laptop and pc without any additional hardware. You would have to run internet connection sharing wizard on the pc and fallow the instructions on the laptop. The disadvantage of this is not wireless. Second option is to purchase a wireless access point and attach it to your pc with an ordinary network cable and run a internet connection sharing wizard. You have to use the internet connection sharing is because as I mentioned earlier you do not seem to have the option to connect your modem to your network directly.

if you want to share the connection your best bet is to buy a adsl+2 router. since u can use whats know as ICS but i would never advise using that these days. since u would need to piggyback the connection from the pc to the laptop.
