Orange say that they're gonna offer support soon, but i can't wait that long! I need to put my printer downstairs with my livebox (all-in-one printer, fax....) The livebox has 2 types of USB plug, A and B; so i plugged it into the normal computer one and nothing happens. Anything i can do? (without buying a print server!)

My computer is upstairs so I want to be able to wirelessly sent documents to print, through the livebox to downstairs.

Yes, it can be used to share a printer (at least according to Orange web site below). I'm assuming Livebox works much the same as a Wireless Router so ...

Plug normal printer cable into Livebox 'normal computer' style USB.

Connect to Livebox from PC in admin mode = I expect the Livebox has a Web page to set it up ? - and check to see if there is some setting like 'enable printer port' or 'share printer' or some-such.

Assuming the Printer drivers are already installed on the PC, run the Install Printer Wizard & select setup 'Network Printer' ... you should be able to 'see' the printer on you 'local' network.

Best of luck !
