If it is the full installation you want to copy over this would not be possible as it is more than just files to be copied. There is also all the registry entries to think about. It may be possible if you find all of them and copy them in to the registry for the other PC, word may also add files to the window system folder you would need to find.

Just get open office for the second computer http://www.openoffice.org

Hi there .. sure you can, using either a shared folder on a server or a shared folder on that computer and have other computers in the network connect to it. A note tho, you need to have a seperate licenses (keys) for each copy of Word you install on each computer, unless you have one of those Volume licenses.
