All that is left in the "add/remove" window is the name, it indicates nothing as size. And now I cannot access the internet via my ethernet system (using the USB connection). I much prefer to use the ethernet so as to free-up my USB connection. Does anyone know how I can recapture (download) a usable system????
Thanking you ahead >>

Just curious what people think are the best 24 port gigabit switch... we don't need to have it be managed, so with that said we're looking for something fairly inexpensive, but not cheap. We just need a good fast switch with no frills.

I suddenly can't connect to the internet on one of my computers. It's connected through cable, and the 2 lights on the back of the hard drive are green and orange. I made sure everything is connected securely, and it is. Any ideas what i could do to get connected again? I don't know if that orange light should be green?

Today I bought a Belkin Wireless G Router, number F5D7230-4, version 6002. The back of my cable modem has 2 possible ways to hook up a computer......... by USB or by ethernet. I found that my desktop pc is hooked up by USB cable. (I followed this USB cable to my pc, and found it is a typical flat USB cable) This computer does not have an ethernet port, so it has to be hooked up by one of its USB ports.
The Belkin instructions say to take whatever cable is running from my modem to my pc, and attach that cable to the router.
The problem is the router has only ports for ethernet, there are no ports that accept USB cables. So I can't plug this USB cable into my new Belkin router.

What do I do ?
