It really depends on the company size, which you didn't mention.

These are the advantages of the enterprise version over the standard:

•All the features and products included in Exchange Server 2003 Standard Edition.
•Database size limited only by your hardware (with a maximum size of 16 terabytes).
•Multiple databases per server.
•Clustering support for four nodes on Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server or eight nodes on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition.

Now the clustering support is useless unless you set it up like that from the beginning.

16 Tb is an insane amount of mail and I hope you will never need it.

Multiple databases: again, I hope you will never need this.

In short, if your company right now is less than 1000 people I'd say it is safe to go for the standard version. Even if you have more, just plonk in multiple standard boxes.

Here's a link for you: http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/evaluation/overview/default.mspx

If you have a small-mid company then the standard version should be good for you, however if you have a mid-large company then the enterprise version will be better for you.

But if you have the cash then you might as well go for the enterprise version as it has all the features.

Whichever version of Exchange you go for you can also integrate Sharepoint with it and get a shared & private workspace for your colleagues/co-worker.

the variation is the guy and with appreciating easy pleasures like good climate, captivating vegetation, buddies, pets, having a humorousness or intelligence.... style of like a large distinction in how somebody lives...say somebody does not have a lot money....ought to no longer purchase costly issues or stay in a large living house, yet nevertheless could be beneficiant to people no longer inexpensive. Like inexpensive people won't even help their buddies whilst they could, they only will spend money or do issues for themselves.

It's very simple. However, make sure there is a good reason for doing it because Enterprise is much more expensive.
