Can I connect one router to another without issues? If not what is the best solution? or what do i have to do, i dont know much about networking, please a really careful explanation would be great please help

If your intention is to network more computers try connecting a switch, which needs no configuration but you can scale up your nodes.

But if your intention is to add more Local networks separted through gateways, i mean protect and mask networks from one another then try using a router. But connection between router to router needs appropriate configuration.
Bridging two networks through two routers need appropriate configuration as well as client IP configurations based on router table.

not without a lot of configuring but you can use a switch
just plug a cable from the router to the port marked uplink or the #1 port and go
