I go to Walmart and change the oil in my jeep every 3000 miles. They put in whatever they have, I think it may be penzoil or quaker state, They change the filter and off I go. Should I be putting some kind of special oil in my vehicle or does it really matter?

If I tighten up the gas cap, it goes off. The light is on more than it is off. Recently, I had to buy a new choke sensor, and the freaking jeep was running terrible and almost left me stranded, but the engine lite never came on. My jeep is a 2003 model.

I have had the heads done at a machine shop I have replaced all gaskets and I am still getting bubbles out the overflow and loosing all coolant ??

Hello, I need some imformation if you have any, or any thoughts of what my cars problem is. I'll make it short, when in 5th gear driving down the highway at speeds of 60-75MPH, when I pass another vehicle or giving my car some gas, the stick shift (gear) goes from 5th gear to neutral at that speed. It happens all of the time when I give it gas in 5th gear. Is this a transmission problem or clutch problem? It only happens in 5th gear, the other gears work fine. Thank you for your comments.

Can anyone tell me why my 89 camry overheats? It usually happens when i turn on the a/c or drive on the highway.also the car seems to be slow at accelerating after I stop. It feels really sluggish. any help appreciated

I have a 2002 Hyundai Excel with automatic transmission. It has always shifted pretty roughly but now even in low gears it really kind of jumps when shifting--that's the way I describe it. Tonight I tried putting it in reverse; first it didn't respond at all, but then it really jerked back and surprised me. I'm concerned. Does anyone out there have experience with this in Hyundais or any knowledge that can help me know what the problem is and how serious?

I got two answers on my previous question about repainting the front bumper on my '06 Civic Coupe. I'm hoping for more since I repainted and it's still not good.

I took it for third repait after it started peeling and was under warranty. Since then, it has been repainted now a total of 4 times and it does not match. The factory color is Alabaster Silver, and it boggles my mind that Honda would produce a color that cannot be reproduced after market, not to mention that it's not exactly after market--we're still in the model year! What should I do?

We (hubby and I) used to have a Ford Bronco...LOVED that truck!! OMG it was an 80 something...but damn it was a good looking truck. I've noticed that they are pretty popular and hold their resale value so I wonder why Ford doesn't make them again??????

ok guys/girls this is a 2 part question.

first of all i need to know how to remove a used windshield from a junkyard 740 volvo WITHOUT cracking it so i may install it in my car.(perticulary the removal of the urathane adhesive)
and the second part is how do u replace the windshield

if anyone can "walk" me through this procedure so to speak plse any advice would help since replacement is near 500 bucks and if i can atleast get a used one out its only 50 for an auto glass shop to do the labor
