I've just checked our car specifications database.
I'm assuming its a new Mégane coupé-cabriolet, not the older soft-top Mégane cabriolet.
It comes with a tyre repair/inflation kit, but no spare.
This is quite common - especially in cars with folding hard-tops which use a lot of the boot space - to use all the available space for luggage and not supply a spare wheel.

Yes, depending on the year model , I think it is correct not to have a spare wheel. The car is designed to use "Run on Flat" tyre technology. Seeing that the car does not have a spare it is important to make sure the 4 tyres on the vehicle are "run on Flat tyres". I am not sure which vendors in your country supply such tyres, but "Good Year" make them.
The Renault Megane Cab is a nice car and I hope that you will be very happy with it.

It will either have a space saver wheels underneath the car at the back or it will have a trye inflate bottle which you plug into the flat tyre and it pumps it up giving you about 50 miles to get to the nearest garage. By law it has to have some way of a spare
