I would start by checking that all your vacum lines are connected and not leaking. Then I would check the E.G.R. valve. Then I would check the throttle position sensor.

verify your ignition change....i do no longer mean the lock cylinder. on the guidance column decrease than the sprint you will see a linkage that runs down the column to a change. once you turn the the main to the commencing up place your shifting that linkage which alterations the region on the change to the "on" place the "crank" place is spring loaded and could returnt to the "on" place. For the symptom your describing it in line with risk the subject, otherwise verify you have a floor strap from the engine to the physique....it makes a distinction. good success

the pollution filters are gummy. Check all filters including the pcv. Fuel injector would stutter at highway speed.

Have the transmission checked. If your tranny is starting to slip, that could happen when cold. If you drive the car while this happens without checking it, you could cause more damage, I would get it looked at.

Has your catalytic converter failed? If it did, it is probably blocking your exhaust gasses to escape. Check if you have the same sound that you had before you started having that problem.

...let it warm up. it sounds like you are starting dead cold and expecting it to run fine...just let it warm up for at least a minute. it is very bad for the engine to run it dead cold under a load.

Like a good woman, she has to be primed before you race her engines...best thing to do is make sure your choke plate isn't catching.

Could be the fuel system, is it injected? If so, make sure those are clean. If not, could be the choke.
