Holes have wolloed out and elongated in the fiberglass from a previous dealer and body shop repair. I really don;t want to give them a second shot.

I have a 06 raptor 350 and recently i added a jet kit and a pipe. Since then my carb has been sounding like it is backfiring. it only does it when it is idling and at low speed cruising. It is jetted like it said and the fuel mixture screw is 3 turns out like the instructions say. I've cleaned it out and put fresh gas back in and Changed the spark plug but still the problem persist, What is causing this?

I have a 91' cutless supreme, and my "low coolant" light came on about two weeks ago! I have no Idea about cars, since this is my first car. I am also totally broke so I didn't want to take it to a mechanic if it is something I be able to fix myself. If there is a need to put fluid in, how, what and where would I put it in? Thank you!

I purchased a Dodge Ram 100 series pickup, everything is running and I love to learn how to do things, but I am not sure how to get the radio going. I have a simple radio in it with one speaker, but it does not pick anything up with no sound. I checked the speaker and it works. I am not sure how to check the antenna or anything, but willing to learn. Any advice where to go and look for this infomation?

I'm thinking of picking up my first vehicle soon and I have a buddy who is selling his 2000 Izuzu Rodeo. He says it has a Mitsubishi engine in it. I was just wondering how many clicks this thing can last for if it has been taken care of, but has been driven a lot.

The Fiat has seems to have only one coat of black paint which scratches very easily so I am very wary of trying to remove the little white paint flecks which landed on it one windy day while having the outside of my house painted. Hope ye can help. Thank you

I cannot for the life of me get the belt back on. the bottom bolts (2) are loose enough to let the alternator pivot but it just won't go back on. 2 hours of wasted time . . .

The coolant level is fine, but the temp stays at 210 with a/c off (260 is in "red"). With a/c running it climbs to 240 or so (no numbers...?).

I took my 2000 Jeep GC in for an oil change (after being reminded) by a dealership I have gone to for maint. I specified "only an oil change" when I dropped off.

I went to pick the vehicle up, and the air was on full-blast. (I purposely shut-off everything before dropping off). After a few minutes, I noticed that the Air Conditioning was on, and blowing HOT air.

Not leaving the dealership lot, I took it right back in and explained the story..and asked "why would the air be on full-blast for an oil-change?". I also added that I was running the AC the day before with no problems. I didn't get a satisfactory answer, but the service guy said he would have someone look at it an give me a call.

Long story short, I was called back with a $120 estimate to replace low refrigerant. When I paid the bill it stated that ".47lbs recovered, charged with 1.5 lbs....no leaks found".

Does it seem likely that I would loose "cool-air" overnight? Or is this just a mechanical "coincidence"?

Any comments or advice appreciated. Our Rover 75 has suddenly started sounding very rough, temperature gauge is up in the red and air con blowing cold. Garage next to us can only look at it in a few days so would like some comments in the meantime, to prepare us! They said it could be the cylinder head gasket, which we know is expensive and is a common problem with Rovers. We've only had it about 4 weeks, so not too chuffed!

When we put water in, it stays cool to the touch even though the engine temp is reading very high, so doesn't look like it's getting round the engine.

Does this sound like a head gasket problem?

Can anyone help me please?
I recently bought a ford escort RST and it has a clifford 650 alarm fitted. I removed the stereo the other day and put it back in as i needed to pick a live feed up. When i went to start the car it wouldn't start, it would arm and dis-arm but when i turn the key in the ignition i just get the dash lights and you can hear the fuel pump prime but it wont turn over the starter motor now! when i turn the ignition off i get one short bleep.
I'm really stuck
Can anyone help me please!!!!!
