Just been thinking about it, would you favour an 80MPH limit or higher? or do you think it should be reduced. Why for any answer?

1975 Honda CB 360: 9,600 miles.

When I shift up or down within the first three gears I can hear an extra two clanks in quick succession after shifting. Would it be something to worry about? Should I take it to a Honda Shop? I just changed the oil so it shifts pretty nicely, but I can still hear these extra clinking/ clanking noises... Could they be pieces broken off from the gears or something? There doesn't seem to be any change in performance.

This really gets my hackles raised up. There I am crossing the road when the little green man flashes on the traffic lights content in the knowledge that all the cars are waiting patiently, when all of a sudden a stupid bicycle comes whizzing past, literally missing my ear by about a quarter of an inch.
Now I think to myself 'If all the cars have to stop, surely bikes must stop aswell?'
But no, obviously not. All the bikes seem to just cruise through the red traffic lights regardless of what traffic is coming or who is crossing the road. I know this is totally illegal in the UK, but is it the same in NZ?

They are both 4 cylinders, what years (if any) would be interchangeble? 2.2 litre motors are a dime a dozen and good on gas if you don't mind being underpowered...

My moms driver's registration sticker expired on a holiday and now we don't know what to do. We don't know of any place to get a new one without having to wait until tomorrow; do you? Do you think the cops will still try and stop her with all of that in mind? How easy is it to get away with having an expired registration? She's new to this whole driving thing.

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BEFORE OFFERING AN ANSWER:
A friend of mine recently moved and gave her loan company her new mailing address. This address is a mailbox at a UPS Store, and is different from her physical address. She has never given out her physical address, not even to the UPS Store, and uses the mailbox address for all records (DMV, Bank, etc.). She is behind on payments, and the loan company called me since I am listed on a reference. They were trying to confirm her address, and repeated her "physical address", the one that was never given ou t to anyone. How would they have this information? The vehicle is not equipped with lojack or any other anti-theft tracking device.

I got a black car with a one inch horizontal scratch around the end of my rear. It looks greyish. What should I do? I'm paranoid that people will think of me badly because of the scratch even though it's not that easily seen. Also i'm worried that the scratch might get bigger do to sun damage, rain, chemicals or natural stuff. Since it's now not protected with wax or whatever. What would you do?

I think I can get the paint color thingy from the dealership, but i won't know how to put it on and fix it myself. Would i have to repaint the whole bumper thingy? How much do you think it would cost for me to fix it?

Also what happens if I don't fix it?

I have a 2000 dodge stratus with the 2.5 v6 with about 133000 miles on it. When I really step on it the engine makes popping sounds in the upper RPM band. If I drive it easy nothing but the every once and a while dip in idle rpm. This car does not have a serviceable coil, I have to get a whole other distributer. I really do not know what else it could be it had a tune up not to long ago and still the problem remains, also it never throws any codes to scan.

thanks to any one who can help with this problem.
