I am from India, I have Maruti Suzuki Swift lxi petrol varient.... Can drifting be done on this car? How it is done?

21 passengers died when a tour bus went into a deep ravine, a woman and her daughter on a motor-bike knocked by a car and crushed by a lorry, large vehicles crashing into private houses.etc The list goes on, month after month.

What can be done to reduce the sad statistics before we become the victims?

strait 6 vs. v6 ?!

Hey, i have a jeep and was thinking to get a rubicon... but than someone told me they are v6 not strait 6 and i over heard a few times that strait 6 is the way to go.

I'm jsut curious in just exatly why it so much better off in the dirt than the v6 is. Any more reliable?

I have an RX8 which I absolutely love, only had it a couple of months but on websites it says main fault is 'engine flooding', and never switch it off after short journeys. I am beginning to worry, and if I ever have to move my car off the drive because I'm parked behind my husband I take it for a little drive instead of just moving it onto the road. Am I worrying un-necessarily?

When i first got my motorcycle i would ride it without a license, license plates or insurance. One time, as I had just entered the freeway(LA, California) i sped past a car and exceeded 90mph. A highway patrol lit-up his lights and quickly accelerated toward me from behind. The first thought i got was "no license +no insurance = me losing my new bike and getting a big fine" getting away came across my mind... there was a chance of me getting away since there's always traffic about 1 mile from where i was at. Instead, i pulled over. i was angry at myself 'cause of the mess i got myself into and i did not even attempt to escape. However, luckly for me, I got a nice cop and he let me get away without any tickets.
So... many cops out there are nice sympathetic guys and they might let us get away with one if the circumstances are reasonable. So is it worth it to try and speed-away from the cops? remember: we are the ones endangering everyone else.

Cigarette lighter keeps blowing out fuse, I brought the car to the dealership and they said they replaced the shorted light element & adjusted the housing contact. I got the car back and the cigarette lighter heats up but when I put the cell phone charger in it pops the fuse. Is this normal? I went through five 15a fused and each one would pop when i insert it , i also would see a spark..any answers would be appreciated

I'm looking for my first transportation. I can't say I'm a car and a motorcycle enthusiast because I don't own any of them, but I'm into them. I'm deciding whether to buy a used sport bike or a used car for around $3000. I live in an apartment so I don't have a garage to park any of them and I will have to park it on the street (my neighborhood is not always safe). I'll use it to drive myself to school mainly. So what would you choose, in terms of cost for repairs, gas mileage, maintaining, parking, safer from thieves, practical-use, cons and pros, etc. if you were me? (if you can, explain why)

I just tried to drive my dads car over confident that it was easy. But come to find its not now we havea really steep drive way and i put it in reverse and then i couldnt get it back into whatever to make it back up the hill. And i only have my permit so i cant drive without him so is there anyway for a car to roll back without sticking a key in the transmission or is there a way that it coukd of rolled back from my doing but made it look like a accident?

i was attending flight school while i was in the military, paying half price for lessons when willie started cutting defense starting with recreation. this closed my flight school that had been open for business for 40 years. i didn't get my private license and i couldn't use my gi bill for commercial pilot training when i got out until i had the private license. my whole life was changed. now i clean carpet for a living. thanks bill!

I just got my HID light kit in that i purchased over the web. I dont think that all the parts are here though. I have the Light bulbs, the ballasts and wires. Isnt there suposed to be a relay as well that connects to the battery?

Kicker CompVR12 DVC (4ohm per Coil)
RMS 400W per sub

Wired series across individual subs then parralled over the hole thing to make 2.67 Ohms.

DO you add up wattage (400W) +(400W)+(400W) in order to find the right amp? ( so would an amp that is 1200W x 1 @ 2.67 Ohm be the "perfect" amp) Or do you find that a different way

start the bike, struggles to stay running, give it gas and it wavers but will ultimately catch on. I can't believe it is bad gas and I drained the float bowls. What other possibilities. thanks.

Ok, I have a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 Liter Club Cab truck. It has 81,000 miles on it. It is also an automatic. For the past 1,000 miles or so, I've been able to feel a pretty strong kick when the automatic transmission shifts, like the truck kinda jerked a little or something when it shifted, but it still accelerated normal and felt completely normal except for that little jerk I felt when it shifted.

Also, whenever I would shift from Drive to Reverse, the truck would kinda jerk in the same manner, except I would be sitting still with the brakes on, so it would kinda jerk forward a little bit. Whenever I would back up somewhere, and then put it in park, once I let off the brakes, I could feel the truck roll back a little bit and jerk then too.

Now the problem is, it seems my truck is not like shifting at all, or it barely is, but something is really wrong. When I accelerate, everything will be fine up to 30 mph, but then it feels like I can't go any faster and it won't shift...

Lets say u buy a car last year. You had horrible credit and u had a huge intrest rate....ur credit got better and u didnt want to refinance..lets say i owed 20,000 and the car is worth 17,000, would the 3,000 be applied to the new car loan or would it disappear and be hidden in with the jacked up price of the new car....
