Sadly, no. Honda America thinks the market is in VTX road-pigs and superbikes (yawn). However, the "Microblade" is for currently for sale in Canada. Importing a bike isn't too hard provided you use a broker. Yo may have to replace the Km/h speedo with one in Mph, though. With all the taxes and fees they cost $4400Cdn new and 2nd hand bikes are selling between $3500-4000.

Before you do, make sure you can get parts and a shop manual for it.
US shops won't have manuals, so they will be reluctant to repair it.
US shops won't have microfiche for that model, so they will have a very hard time importing parts - not sure if Honda will sell parts for that bike to US companies.
Talk to a Honda dealer and check on-line for a parts warehouse that deals in that model.
