Heat it up with a hairdryer (get pretty hot) to soften it and slowly peel it off. WD-40 works good to remove the sticky stuff as you go. Just be extra carefull if the clear coat is painted over it (as was my R-6) (i scored the clear around the sticker real light w/ a razor knife to make it peel up easier without pulling up the clear. I donno if this woulda happened but i wanted to be safe.

Good Luck!

I usually use lighter fluid to get stuff like that off. Windex works pretty well too. Both of those evaporate pretty quickly so you don't leave a mess or water spots.

If you ever have stickers on metal, use break cleaner. That stuff melts the sticker away and then you just have to wipe it with a napkin.

Lighter fluid (naptha) works well.
Ronson smells better than Zippo.
Wax it after.

My new bike came with only a paper tag on the handlebars "SOLD". No stickers.
But, I smoke. And that stuff is handy for a lot.
