Holes have wolloed out and elongated in the fiberglass from a previous dealer and body shop repair. I really don;t want to give them a second shot.

you could patch up the whole with a fiberglass repair kit and just drill new holes

Patch with epoxy glue and maybe metal washers or fiberglass them over and redrill them out using the regulator as a template---mark very carefully.

I do not know about the windows but I searched the internet and found the wiring diagram for a 1990 Toyota Camry that is how I hooked up my radio.
