A friend of mine had similar trouble. The hotel hosting a classic car show was repainting its exterior during the show. All the local experts recommended a "Clay Bar" to remove the paint mist from his car. He tried it, and it worked.

For this kind of stuff you don't need to use harsh rubbing compounds or sandpaper, these things will damage your finish. Use a clay bar which will take off only the stuff you don't want above the level of the paint, will leave your finish glossy smooth. Clay bar is used with a lubricant which comes in the kit, or you can use any detailing spray.

Only 3 ways since it latex paint wheel with compound or leave alone till it wares off, & there is stuff like goop that will remove it , try homepot they will have something>?

Try using old fashioned Brasso from a hardware shop but gently or white vinegar.

if its latex paint you can get it wet enough that it should wash off other wise it may have to be buffed off of it,it all depends on how long and hard its set up on it,good luck with it.
