Please think about it. You are dealing with a Government agency. The term "rush" is not in their vocabulary. More likely to get slowed down if you press the issue.

Probably not, but you'll get a temporary copy to use and that will be acceptable until the permanent card arrives. That's how it is in my state anyway.

CALL YOUR LOCAL DMV OFFICE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.
