Can anyone help me please?
I recently bought a ford escort RST and it has a clifford 650 alarm fitted. I removed the stereo the other day and put it back in as i needed to pick a live feed up. When i went to start the car it wouldn't start, it would arm and dis-arm but when i turn the key in the ignition i just get the dash lights and you can hear the fuel pump prime but it wont turn over the starter motor now! when i turn the ignition off i get one short bleep.
I'm really stuck

Sounds like you disconnected a power wire to the alarm or maybe a ground--double check all your wiring and maybe see it you can find the alarm module wiring. One beep usually means the alarm/starter interrupt is set---the remote should give you two beeps when disarmed. Try a site called The12volt.com for alarm problem info or try calling Clifford tech support or a local installer.
