I don't think they're allowed to deface the vehicles. Sometimes, they'll mark the cars with that stuff that car lots use that can be gotten off with a razor or something, but I doubt that they're allowed to damage the car like that.

Repo man would not spray the car, he would just take it as fast as possible. Probably security sprayed the car (with water soluble paint) for the tow company to take.

No, I think it was probably someone doing it as a prank. A tow company would not do that, nor a repo man. Someone who knows your brother and that he owes for the car, might do that. Just sounds like pure vandalism to me.

no it was probably a jerk trying to be funny if a repo guy sees your car they will take it and a tow truck too they just take the cars they dont spray paint them cuz it will damage the paint on the car and they can be sue and i know they wouldn't want that

They would use a wax marker or water soluble paint so as not to damage the vehicle or cost money to repair for the bank. Sounds like a vandal but you never know.

I DON'T EVEN THINK SO AND JUST WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT, IT MAKES NO SINCE, YOU MUST HAVE PARKED THE VEHICLE ILLEGAL OR YOU HAVE SOME ENEMIES.
