I have a Pontiac Sunfire and its slow. I was woundering if i bought a 2001 Ford Mustang V6 would i be alot happier? Or would it be alot faster than my Sunfire?

what is the law if a car entering the main road from a by road on the left side to turn off to the right side pass 3/4 of the main road and the verge of turning to the right side in middle of the road a motorcycalist which was comming on the main road with speed of 40km/h bangs on the car right side fron door. can i know who is in fault

I am buying a car from a private seller and I live 40 miles from where the car is. I want to drive it home after I buy it but I dont know if I'll need insurance as soon as I buy it (the day of purchase) but I will get insurance on it a few days after I purchase it. Also how long do I have to send the title in for correction after they sign it over? Thanks for your response(s)

P.S. I live in IL so I dont know if the laws vary from state to state

I have a 1995 Buick Park Avenue and 2 years ago the transmission went out. Thinking i'd come up with the money to get it fixed- I kept the car. However that isn't happening- and the car has just been sitting for 2 years (its been started and moved a few times). So I want to get rid of the car. I believe the Blue Book value for the same car in good condition is around 1200 or so- about what a new transmission will cost. My brother suggested I try to sell the parts from the car- and then take whats left to the scrap metal yard and get some $$ for it. Is this a good idea? Any better suggestions? How do I go about selling the parts? Prices? I don't even know where to start- and i'm sick of it sitting outside and I want to get whatever money I can out of it. Thanks in advance.

I'm looking into buying a used 300ZX twin turbo but it is leaking power steering fluid and i don't know where it is coming from. I would like to know an estimated price of how much it would cost to replace the entire PS system just for a worst case scenario reference point. I would really appreciate it if people don't tell me to call a nissan on dealer or tell me to search through some websites. I would just like a straight foreword answer. Thanks.

i have a 2003 yamaha ttr 125 trail bike. its really frustrating how hard it is to pull in the clutch every time i shift gears, because i have really small hands. i know most of you will think "oh boo hoo your hands are too small" but that combined with really bumpy terrain and frequent sharp turns makes it really difficult to concentrate on reaching out to pull in the clutch whenever i shift. as a result, ive formed a habit of not doing so. i think the only time i really ever use the clutch is if im trying to slow down really fast and dont want to throw myself over the handlebars. is it really that big of a deal that i dont use it? i always thought dirtbike engines were designed to function with minimal use of the clutch (probably niave me) but then i read on here that it is actually bad not to use it!?? is this true? i would appreciate any info you can give me on this (like how often repairs will have to be made if its bad that i dont use it).

HI. I LIVE IN OHIO AND MOVING TO FLORIDA WITHIN THE NEXT TWO MONTHS. I WENT TO UHAUL AND THEY MOLD ME THAT THEY COULDNT RENT ME A TRAILER BECAUSE OF LAWSUITS IN THE PAST. HE SAID THAT EXPLORERS AREN'T MADE FOR TOWING AND THAT IN THE PAST WITH THE FIRESTONE TIRES PEOPLE WHO HOOKED TRAILERS TO THEIR EXPLORER GOT IN RECKS. SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE EXPLORER COMPACITY. SO I'M LOOKING FOR A WAY AND OR A PLACE THAT COULD HOOK UP A CLOSED TRAILER TO MY EXPLORER BECAUSE IM MOVING SOON. ITS TOO MUCH MONEY FOR ME TO RENT A UHAUL TRUCK AND THEN HOOK MY EXPLORER ON THE BACK OF THAT. ITS OVER 2GRAND...SO IF ANYONE KNOWS PLEASE HELP!!!!! THANX

I have a 1996 chevy lumina v6 3.1. The primary fan wont kick on when the car gets hot..so it runs too hot...the ac fan does kick on when the ac is turned on. I have checked all the fuses,
checked the fan motors both work, replaced the temperature control module and the pcm/ecm/computer.
If the temp control module is unplugged both fans will run constant.
I noticed temp get hotter when city driving and the temp is always normal when highway driving..I never drive city so this problem could have been there for quite sometime...however i did power wash off the engine a few weeks ago. I have used my manual to go over all possible problems that it had in it and i cant seem to find the problem...I greatly appreciate any help i can get...this is driving me nuts.

We have retired and are planning on going from two cars to one car.. Please share your experience with either of these two vehicles. I had a Honda I drove for 247,000 miles and loved it. So we are sure about the Honda, just need help with the one. What is your mileage like?

We would probably get a 2005 to a 2007. Please share.

Yesterday, I was summonsed for a supposed seatbelt violation, and issued a $70 fine. The officer told me I was driving illegally because I had 6 people in a 5 passenger car. We were all buckled however, my 7 yr. old nephew was double buckled in the front passenger seat w/ my aunt. The officer did say this was unsafe (which I understand) but DID NOT state this as the reason for my ticket. I had my nephew move to the back w/ his 3 siblings, and double buckle, but the officer said I would still be driving illegally, and should go straight home. I know nothing about a law that says you can have only as many passengers as available individual seatbelts. He marked on the ticket that it was a seatbelt violation of "Psgr > or = 18 yoa." What's that got to do w/ what he told me I had done wrong? Here in Maine, the law states, "...the requirements do not apply to a passenger over 1 yr. of age when the # of pass. exceeds the veh. seat. capacity & all seatbelts are in use." Do I have a chance?

I think the previous owners of my car smoked and let their wet dog sleep in the car. Every time I turn on my A/C it smells like a musty butthole. Is there anyway to get that smell out?
