92 Buick Century Clicking noise?

Question

When I drive the clicking seems to quiet and slow down but waiting at a light or backing up the clicking gets louder. Some say it may be a belt or something?

it might be a belt,the belt might be shreading and hitting on the pullies.when your driving,you cant hear it,until you stop.check your belts.

You will have to give a ton more info to be able to answer this as there are too many things that can cause noises. Be specific about where the noise is coming from!!
