I not remember, but, I thought I paid around $1.10 in 1994 maybe .98 cents. Now it $3.29.
Crime rate is up, but, really not know that one. I remember seeing something the other day the FBI said crime still increasing. May try their web-site;

2 and a half bucks or more..depending on location..when i graduated in 94 in rainier or..it was about a buck 5 or 10..when i went to laramie wyoming for school..month later it was 99 cents a gallon there. now it is like 3.30 here in rainier .

here in florida it was around 1.94 in 1994 and now its 3.14 so that would be 1.20 here but would be different depending on which state your looking for
