I have an 1994/5 Nissan Primera now on to the second garage in an attempt to sort out why it will not start. Now looking like the fault is "IN THE CAR" (electonic control unit) and not the fob that is supposed to disarm the immobliser. Has any one every fitted a new one. can they be got second hand?

i just got a 2003 model car and the previous owner took his young children everywhere in it. so unfortunately it has that annoying 'baby smell' caused by god knows what.

what can i do to get rid of this smell permanently, without replacing it with another smell?

Which one would you choose if it were a three to four year old car with about 60K miles on it? I've heard the audi's have some electrical problems, but haven't heard anything on the acura. These run about $12K or should I just go for a new Honda Civic? What's your thoughts?

If you are about to hit a pedestrian trying to cross the road and the only way you can avoid it is swing the car sideways.

What do you look at, the pedestrian you are trying not to hit or the safe place you want to swing to?

If we had better bus services people might use them more. AND if their child was suddenly taken ill I would like to think they would have the sense to take a taxi home rather than use the bus. Common sense should prevail. The taxi could then if need be take you and child to the DR, which would enable you to hold child rather than driving. Although one would like to think that the child would not be home alone and therefore the guardian would have made some decisions on the action needing to be taken.

Alright, check it out. November '06 i bought an '06 Chevy Aveo w/ 20,000 miles. May '06 some idiot ran a red light and i t-boned him. ie, car is totaled. Obviously now i'm lookin for another car, and no I don't want another Aveo (The guy at the towing lot told me 5 out of 10 aveos he got were cars where people died in the wreck).

This is what i'm looking at, and i've looked at alot of different opinions on each.

Obviously I want cheap, and also kinda safe. Right now my top 2 are '07 S Yaris 4dr OR any year Mazda3

Prices were closer than i thought on those 2, but each are around $15000 brand new. Any ideas of nice rides that are as good (if not better) and even cheaper than that?

On the two cars mentioned above, i can't decide between 6 more mpg or 40 more hp lol

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

On '06 V Star 1100 I have to switch over between 125 and 130 mi. (My Hyosung 250 has longer legs). Usually takes about 3.2 gals to fill, yet its touted as having a 4.5 gal tank. I don't where the other 1.3 gal is. Must be one helleva reserve.

P.S. Yes, I'm topping off but not to the point of spilling to thru the overfill tube;.

Is it not time that we made our roads accident free, to do this i think we should ban all women drivers, that would take about 50% of cars off the road, normality would return to the roads once again.... Can you picture yourselfe driving down a road without the fear of a Woman driver coming the other way in the middle of the road, tunnel vision is the words im looking for...I think the time as come for men to reassert themselves and get the girls back in the kitchen......Ouch....Ouch.. leave me alone,,
sorry thats the wife hitting me.....These women even got a cruel streak....We must form a union..........Ouch..Ouch..

The surfboard will have a jet drive built into its rear end.
The weed eater motor will be sitting on top at the rear of the board behind a seat back inside a box with a snorkel.
What else is needed to get this little motor ready for salt water action? A special cooling core? An extra water cooling pump with an intake and an outlet?
What would normally be required to get a regular motor ready for water action?

i know how 1970s pontiac GTOS are specially known for being the official first american muscle car, or how rolls royce phantoms are luxery cars, or how high class people drive mercedez benz, or how BMW drives very smooth, or how Dodge Ram 1500 are heavy duty trucks, but... are there any streotypes of cadillacs or what they are known for? specificly a 1969 cadillac eldorado? im just curious because i had bought one and i noticed its power windows and power seats, my cousin told me that it was a luxery car from back then because not that much car had power windows and ect. back in the late 1060s. but anyways is there anything eles thats special about this car, or anything good of what its known for?

thanks

Because ummmm, I think I may need that part replaced as well but I read that the y pipe would connect all the way to the exhaust manifold (eliminating that precat??). The Warpspeed Y-Pipe is the one in question.

I am now considering which car to lease. Would anyone give me any idea?or comments?
I have got 2 cars in my mind, they are:
Mazda-Miata(MX5)
Volkswagen-GTI
Since both of them are sporty and fun to drive, it is hard to make a decision between them.

An emergancy vehicle is approching a light rail crossing. when the vehicle is crossing the street before the rails, it gives the signel that a train is approching. BUT the emergancy vehicle has its lights and sirens going. Who has the "right of way" in this case, the vehicle or the train
