Switch ignition on
Make sure radio is turned off
Press and hold info button
Turn the volume button until self diagnosis menu is displayed
Release button
Using joystick select confirmation/adjustment and press enter by pushing down on the joystick
Select service and press enter
Select reset and press enter
Press back button 3 times to return to main menu
Switch ignition off

if its not in the manual then you will not be able to do it untill you get it service
