i just got a 2003 model car and the previous owner took his young children everywhere in it. so unfortunately it has that annoying 'baby smell' caused by god knows what.

what can i do to get rid of this smell permanently, without replacing it with another smell?

I love using Fabreeze and then vacuum-free carpet deodorizer. Just spray them all over your car.
