The confederate one

Red flag during the day and a red light at night.

The laws in all 50 states dictate a red flag. While orange might not get you a ticket, it needs to be red to be legal. And if a cop wants to pull you over, why offer up such a lame reason for him to do so?

Red is the color of choice. That doesn't make it legal to extend past your back bumper in most states further than 3 feet. Check your laws in your state for legal limits for caring limits.
