As the previous people said, yes Toyota is the parent company of Scion.
But like many cars, the quality of the Scion vehicles is pretty good. Not great, but good. There have been a number of recalls on the tC affecting the air bag system. But, there are just as many problems with the Scion's as with any car.

Toyota. Toyota has a good reputation . Their cars run forever, with very little maintenance and trouble-free. I used to buy only brand new American cars. From a Chevette, Voyager, to a Tahoe S-10; Duster,etc. They gave me insurmountable problems. I treat a car like a second person as I need transportation for a better quality of life. Since I switched to Honda and Toyota; I never had any further car troubles. They also have good resell value.
However, this particular model looks like a square cardboard-box. It's not too appealing to the discerning eye. A car should reflect your personality.

toyota and well pretty dang good thats why they are the number one selling car in the world now as far as the supra is concerned they still make it just dont import it to usa anymore

toyota, sorry but their cars aren't "amaizing" toyota sucks ever since they got rid of the supra. that was their best car not all they have are hybrids.. weak.. sorry but just my opinion
