it depends on your state but i would make sure u bring ur permit as many forms of identification as possible a car that has a legal inspection sticker and runs good if the car smokes at all windows dont go down or the door sticks they will not get in your car and bring a comb to make sure your hair looks good when u pass dl pictures usually turn out horrible because the way you look is the last thing people are worryed about good luck

birth certificate,learner permit and a driver over 21 that been driving more then 5 years

for you permit you need
social security
original birth certificat
so for you license i think all you need it that and:
Proof of insurance
car title
and i guess thats it
