what is the law if a car entering the main road from a by road on the left side to turn off to the right side pass 3/4 of the main road and the verge of turning to the right side in middle of the road a motorcycalist which was comming on the main road with speed of 40km/h bangs on the car right side fron door. can i know who is in fault

you are! your the one entering the highway, the highway or road vehicle has the right of way you should yield if there was a accident you should be at fault for not yielding

When entering from a side road you must ALWAYS yield the right of way to ALL other traffic unless signs or signals dictate otherwise.

It's obviously you, because firstly it is you who is joining the lane and secondly because no car ever goes three-fourths of a main road, then steer in the first lane. You are always supposed to join in the first lane.

unless you have the green light ,you probably are liable for an accident ( "right on red") because you were to have Both stopped---and yielded prior to having initiated your "right on red"!!!
