Husband bought a used car. noticed after bought it they had'nt gave it an oil change or smoged it. This was about a week later. they kept it to repair and it needed a new computer they said once they were giving it a lube job. Then they ordered a generic one, that didnt work. so they ordered a factory one, and tryed to smog it it still wouldnt smog. okay so they had it for two weeks at this point. they were going to try smogging it again and we said we will take it and bill them, so my husband can drive it. they said okay.well, it still didnt smog. the smog people said you have to drive it at a certain speend and for so long, with other things to do. okay my husband followed all directions. it still wont pass smog. its been three weeks. they will not give us our money back NOR give us the name or phone number to the dealer OWNER. I called today and fussed about it, and the gen manager says they cannot sell a car without the smog. I said then why did you, he hung up. we cannot ...

I took my 2004 Nissan Xterra to a Nissan mechanic shop . The Agent in the dealer sugested to do the tires alignment. I agreed, but after I picked up my SUV, I thougth about how to notice that labor was done.

I need an affordable and reliable car that does not use too much gas and is nice looking? I was looking at Honda Civics, Mazda 3's , Mitsubishi Lancer and Lancer Evo, and Volkswagen Passat and Jetta. Any input about these cars?? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! ThAnX!

im looking at this 78' vette and the people are asking 7995$ for which is to high but the interior needs to be redone dash is a mess not sure if all gauges work, the red seat are now black anc red so dirty, all the carpert need to be redone stain and sun faded needs new door panel they are falling off and dont work properly so how much do u think it would cost to be professionally redone capret,door panels, dash,seats

Ok so right now I have my first car and I have had it and taken pretty good care of it for the last year.
I mean I LOVE this car and i went as far as to name her Connie lol.
The car is a 96 baby blue ford contour sport. It has a farely large dent on the drivers side rear panel. The check engine light is on and no one knows why. Its an automatic and, it stalls. We have put 2 fuel filters in it and I am pretty sure it needs fuel injectors and an ignition coil.
I got my car for free.
Dilemma:
I am going to college next year, and well I wont be living there but will need a desent car.
I have horses and would like to pull my horse trailer, o but you know those gas prices, they arent very V8 friendly.
I would like to drive something nice, A jeep would be great. But i only have $2,500 to spend.

My parents keep saying that my car is just a beater, but then they teach you to take care of it. I love my car and dont know what to do.
Fix my car up make it look nice,or buy a new one

I have a 2004 Honda Civic LX Coupe and right now I'm using a transmitter to play my music from my ipod, but no matter how low the frequency of the station I use is, I still get some static. I need to recharge my coolant on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, but am not sure where the LOW pressure a/c service valve is. The instructions say the quick connect from the can will only fit on the low, the only valve I see has a black dust cap with an "H" (for high?) on the front left (passenger side) just behind the headlight right up on top. The quick connect doesnt feel or look like it will fit on this, so I don't want to force it. I have read that the low may be under the dash, but I don't see it. Anyone know FOR CERTAIN on a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 V-6 where it is? I'd appreciate it.
