It was starting but when I pushed the gas it would sputter and die. Now it wont start unless I pour gas in the throddle body and only run till that gas burns up. Yhe fuel pump is working.

YES it could , plug the vacuum line off, then check other vacuum lines for leaks. should replace all lines every 5 years

Yes, no vacumn to MAP makes ECM think your at wide open throttle and enriches mixture which eventually will completely foul plugs. If you know plugs are good usually a disconnected or bad MAP won't cause a "no start" condition

Crank or Start ???

It actually shouldnt but it could, any major vacuum leak will keep a vehicle from starting

It shouldn't prevent the car from starting , however it may sound like its reving up and down , also at the same time it may sound like a go-cart while driving.
