I was driving a little crazily in a parking lot a few days ago,
and now my car is extremely shaky,
it jiggles off the smallest things now,
and my axles were bad before this thing,
my car is extremely low,
so is it the shocks or something else in the suspension?

1.) no hurricanes
2.) not summer
so why is it so high? and when a hurricane does flood new orleans this year how high will THAT gallon go up? combine a hurricane, with summer, with terroists hitting the oil reserve in saudi arabia, and you got ten dollar gallon gas..........
but none of that has happened!!!!! (yet) so why is it so high?

and to the car techies out there, why do we need gas in the first place? why won't any other liquid work. in fact, what does gas DO once you start your car?

Okay, I'm looking to buy a Hybrid car and I want a sleek design with a nice MPG rating for a low price. I don't mind what year, maker, or model as long as MPG is >35 and the price is Low.

Links to spec and prices would be sweet.

I will be driving 55mph and let go of my gas peddle and the car still continues to stay at the same speed or it eccelerates all on its own without me even touching the gas peddle or druise control. When I step on the brake it is hard to stop the car. It's like my car doesn't want to stop it just wants to keep driving and accelerating. Also when I put it in park it idles at or above 2rpms and makes a little bit of a clunking noise when I shift it into park. Does anyone out there no what might be causing all of this to happen to my car all at onces. I really need your help because it's kind of scaring me a little bit, and I have to drive my car 60 miles a day 5 days a week.

Six months ago I purchased a Holden Vectra 2000 model. 2.2 litre four cylinder 5 speed manual. The car has done 78 000km and has been maintained perfectly.

The car was/is still driving beautifullly. About 3 weeks ago the instruments on the dashboard (speedo. tacho etc) were momentarily failing and then returning to normal. When this happened the check engine light would also flash.

This happened every couple of days and I have been unable to notice any other common patterns. This is now happening more frequently and the check engine light is staying on for longer.
PLEASE HELP

Well I was pratcing driving my 1990 honda civic lx and everything was doing fine I killed the car twice. but anyways after going for a while when i was going 40 and then was going to hit a turn i put it back to second and then first to a full stop and idled really low and died and then it was tough to start it again. The car was warmed up. Was it over heating? or is it an Idle problem?

I've had my car parked for almost two years. It's a VW Jetta. Obviously, it won't start. But I've heard that it's dangerous to try to start it if it's been parked this long. What should I do? Is my only option to have it towed to a mechanic for inspection of the engine, oil, etc. etc.? I don't think I should try to jump it.
