There is no quick cure in the bottle..The only thing is to replace the valve stem seals, this can be done with engine inplace...remove the valve cover gaskets, and use a valve compressor tool and remove the keeper and replace the seals with high persofmance seals...I usually charge 275.00 for the complete job.

If it ony smokes at start up it may be valve seals. These can be changed without pulling heads by replacing spark plug with adaptor from compression tester connected to air compressor one cylinder at a time . Then use valve spring compressor to remove springs and replace seals.Air in cylinder will hold valve in place.Remove all spark plugs before doing this. so engine will turn over easily. These are rubber and get hard and brittle with age allowing oil to leak past them. You must use air or valve will drop into cylinder then you have to remove head.

The Valve seal and/or the valve guides are worn out, but the only way to stop it is remove the heads and send them to a machine shop, anything else is just postponing it.
Sorry
