Lemon laws only apply to new vehicles. If you buy used it should tell you if you have any type of warranty or if it's "as is". As is means just that.

Always have a vehicle checked by your mechanic before you commit to buying it. Also buy here pay here places as a general rule have very high interest rates. Unless you have horrible credit, I'd avoid them.

Not Likely-most cars sold on "dirt lots" are "as is."
