i just replaced the front brake pads and rotors on 01 chevy blazer but i hear grinding noise. help?!?!?!?

when i push the brake slowly and gently, grinding noise is not that bad but when i push it hard, the noise is very loud. i am wondering if i installed it incorretly. i have install break pads and rotors on couple other cars and had no problem. did i miss something? thanks

Do not drive the vehicle until you inspect. Remove the wheels & have a look. Make sure the pins went all the through calliper & the brake pads are on the proper side of the threaded pins. If you are not careful the pins will miss the hole & when you tighten them they will bend & bind.
