Is it worth getting a first class upgrade? soon i'm going to be getting a virgin train to brockenhurst from macclesfield, and a return. in total I could pay £25, but for £20 to £30 extra, I could get a first class upgrade, for all the trains and changes, both ways. Is it worth it for this 4 hour each way journey?

About a year ago i had my front brakes completely changed cause well i had completely ruined them and I went today to have my back brakes done (different location) and they told me that my front brakes had not been turned. I don't know what that means can y'all help?

I got a new car recently and haven't received my license plates yet.

I drove it to my university and parked it in the parking structure there, but forgot to put up my parking permit, and got cited for it.

But I'm wondering, if my car doesn't have plates (and the citation references that there's no plate number), couldn't I potentially just not pay it and get away with it? It's a rather hefty fine and I've been good about my parking permit ever since then.

i have a 96 ford taurus 3.0 v6 with about 150,000 miles on it. the check engine light is on and the obd scanner is reading catalyst system efficiency below threshold. does this mean one of the o2 sensors has gone bad or is it the catalytic converter itself? we recently had to replace the sensor in the very front of the car cause it was rocking (rpms jump around sharply like it is going to stall) and the scanner read system too lean. that seems to be holding up but now we have this new code and dont know exactly what is means. also, it is beginning to rock again. any help will be greatly appreciated, husband is a good mechanic but not when it comes to emmisions.

Yes, YES...a very bad experiment...but now MBZ can redeem itself by unloading such a distraction and start producing cars worthy of the name.

recalled part and had never been fixed well the dealership replaced that part, but it still runs like ****. i have had to replace three headlights,the airfilter, a tire, all the windshield wipers, and now the electrical is acting up. its only been two months! what can i do to get this resolved i am a single mother of two and am raising my 17 year old sister. i am only 24 and this dealership seems to have no concern for the fact that they sold me a piece of crap. how can i make this right. if anyone knows how to deal with this please respond

I have a MkII 1998 T reg clio, and there seems to be a leak from either the sunroof or windscreen as when it rains the fabric on the driverside column between the windscreen and side window becomes wet at the top. has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you repair it? (p.s the sunroof is an electric one and very complex)

When you hit the brake pedal, the front disc brakes engage to stop the car but does hitting the brake pedal also engage the rear brakes? I understand that the hand brake is connected to the rear brakes. I have a 2003 Nissan Maxima.

from a local dealer for £2995 nearly seven months ago all purchased 1 years warranty at same time. on second month the gear selector had to be changed (it was taken back twice in 2 weeks)now there is a fault on an engine management senser wich makes the car unable to drive so it went to garage yesterday(meanwhile they gave me a courtesy car bald ilegal tyres to drive)so i refused to drive they phoned me today saying fixed its on the way home
then i got another call half hour l8er saying problems started again so now i got no car live 10 miles from work all i feel like doin is trying to get my money back so i can purchase another does any1 know if i can get money back or because its a second hand car im not intitled to my money back?

it is in fair condition the engine runs good i just replaces both rotors and brake pads fluids allows kept up a little rust on in im replacing the tires and puttn a new stereo system in and i need to know how much yall think it might b worth its kinda hard to make this choice i payed 1500 for it had ive put about 1200 into it

i have 97 olds achieva with noisy ac compressor. Ac works as well as heat. Most of the times the noise goes away when heat or the ac is turned on. If the ac compressor seizes what happens? Will the serpentine belt turn normally?
