other driver was ticketed on sight. they had no insurance to cover my car and myself. my insurance can't pay what do we do now

I was in a car the other day, my husband driving, when something hit the front window. We both went "what was that?" He then casually said "oh, someone probably flushed a frozen pea or something down the loo on a plane" Is it true, that they chuck out "stuff" from a great height? Where does it really go, and what really happens to it?

Hi my van begins to overheat when I drive. It's weird because the heating gage goes up to super hot and than drops back down and then goes back up to super hot and then down and then up I'm sure you get the idea but so far it hasnt quit overheated. I have coolent in it does anyone know what could be wrong?

First, I'm a Merc. man. Have an old 74 model 85 HP Johnson. Where is it supposed to pee? Waterpump replacement generally the same as Merc ? Motor runs in barrel very well , motor doesn't feel hot after one hour of 1000 rpm running.

I'm trying to replace the rear leaf spring shackles on a 95 chevy c/k1500. But I can't get the bolts out. I've tried PB blaster, turning them and hitting them as much as possible with what little swing I can get with a hammer in there, and I've tried pressing them out with a C-clamp. I really don't want to take the bed off. Is there any other way? anyone else done this?

Gets higher pitched as I accelerate. Very deep and low pitched at low speeds. Diminishes around curves, or if I jerk the wheel quickly . Sounds like it is coming from the mid rear of the car. Did the brakes 4 weeks ago. Humming sound started one week later. But not experiencing any problems with the brakes. Any help is appreciated.

I removed with difficulty the bolts on the flange under my muffler system but the flange is frozen and rusted tight. How can I get this flange off? thanks mary marysride58@yahoo.com

I tear down old houses and barns. Sell wood to folks wanting old wood to rebuild house. (go figure) I get to keep whatever found. Found a peculiar car with Plymouth on nose which is rounded and headlights behind it. I guess , can't see. A two door hardtop. Large tall wing(?) on back. Car buried mostly in hay.
