A car scrapes along the side of another car whilst overtaking on the left hand side, it fails to stop and drives on.
The scraped car follows the offending car in order to get reg plate details, before the driver can do so the offending car slams on breaks to avoid being flashed by speed camera, the following car does not have enough time to stop and smashes in to rear of other car.
Both cars were speeding at the time of the accident. Who is at fault?

I have a Honda Civic 5 door 1997 car and the fans do not work when on 1, 2 or 3, i have to put them on full for anything to blow out.

i'm having a hard time finding parts for my car ---would it be easier looking for the parts of a 626? ( i should get the manual--huh?----lol) you know how it is you never think about the manual when your at the auto part store--just at the house----plus thats nearly twenty dollars i could use on the car-------or women---lol.

Ive seen the cars with the advertsing shells out there, and I've seen websites where you can buy lists of companies that pay people to advertise on their car or buy them a new car with an ad on them??? Anyway to apply without having to risk getting scammed on buyin a list? i.e. for free.
Seems to me if these company's are really interested there'd be a public listingf somewhere.

i recently purchased an aftermarket cd player for my 2004 chevy silverado 1500. when i tried to have it installed, best buy said i need some kind of wiring that was an extra $120. circuit city said the same thing. i was just wondering if that is really neccesarry?i heard that not installing the wiring harness would only affect the door chimes. is this true?

What exactly do they do? they open that little door when they get to a station and turn a key (that little door is gonna take a passenders eye out sooner or later), then they press another button when train ready to leave! Is that it! Oh they chat to their co workers a lot.

Come on its a joke isnt it? These lot have a job for life. They do the same thing day after day after day...... Heard one of them last week saying "blimey ive been seperating trains all week" whoa exciting stuff!

When the new trains came in the guards were claiming they were being treated like glorified Kit Kat sellers! Well THATS WHAT YOU ARE !!!!

I am riding and restoring a 1980 kawasaki 650 Four F1 motorcycle, and decided to try and polish the aluminum engine side cases due to them being tarnished and corroded beneath the plastic coating due to the age of the machine. Other than sandpaper or steel wool, I was hoping there might be an easier and less obtrusive technique for removing the protective plastic coating from the aluminum parts on my bike?

My sister in law is about to start a new car insurance policy, she has only ever previously been insured as a second driver on her boyfriend's insurance.
She had a minor accident last year in his car which she was partially to blame for, she thinks because she wasn't the policy holder when the accident occurred she doesn't have to declare it now she is applying for her own insurance.
I think she might be wrong and could get herself in trouble if she doesn't declare it, what do you think? or know?

I want to sell my car (T reg Skoda Octavia) and have advertised on several web sites for 2 weeks. There have been no enquiries. Condition is excellent, there is a picture on the ad and price is a hundred or two less than similar ones advertised. What am I doing wrong?
