Some times they keep the car moving at neutral gear going down at incline road, & engine is stopped.

As far as I'm concerned, I believe that the most important
aspect of driving a car is safe driving from point A to point B.
It's quite true if you maintain at a particular speed on the road,
you are able to save some fuel for the distance travelled over
the cost in fuel consumption of your car. But not at the expense
of safety, like keeping the car moving at neutral gear going down
at incline road with the engine stop running.
It can be unnerving to maintain that speed to save fuel cost.
