The shogun is also known as the "montero" in the US. I would think the door handles would be the same. A link to a parts website is below.

You will have to take they panel off the door and unscrew it from the inside and then push the handle out. But it can be tricky because you will have to watch the window winder arms and if it is electric watch for the motor witch works the window and the locks. I advice you to take it to a garage. If you are local to wolverhampton i know a mechanic with his own business that i can forward you onto

Have you tried a mitsubishi dealer? I hear they sometimes stock parts for Mitsubishi Shoguns. Alternatively you could go to a scrappy, leave it there and buy something a little less polluting.

Have a look on ebay or there's a site called gumtree that has all sorts of things. Sometime people even give things away for FREE!!!
