They put so much on seat belts in your car, but yet they don't provide any on the metro trains or buses. It just seems like your defeating the purpose to me.

I know the law says(florida btw) whoever does the hitting is at fault. You shouldnt rearend anyone bc you shouldnt be close BUT what if someone cuts you right off and hits their brakes? Or what if someone runs a red light and you hit them and other situations like this wher you clearly couldnnt prevent the accident? Are you still at fault for hitting them?
What if someone(on foot) runs in front of your car and you hit them will this be criminal?

I have a cracked winshield that has spread nearly across the entire windshield. Since it is not in my line of sight, it does not impact my ability to see and drive safely. It is an older car so I don't want to replace it if I don't need to.

This has been going on for almost a year. Sometimes, it will not leak at all for weeks, then it will start leaking.. usually not a lot.. but enough that I have to refill radiator in mornings(yes, I am running car when I add water/coolant) Thought it may be heater core, but the inside passenger floorboard is never wet and for the length of time this has been going on if it were the heater core, wouldn't it have given out totally by now? Is STOP LEAK a good thing to use or will it cause worse damage? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Hoses and clamps have been checked.. radiator itself does not have a leak(it's been checked). Seems to do it worse in winter. BTW: it has NOT been driven when overheating..I know that's the worse thing to do. It has not overheated a lot either.
Thanks for any input!

My car insurance co. did a credit check on all it's customers. Now, your rates depend on whats on your report. I have been with my company for about 4 years now, no accidents, no tickets, no claims, no problems. They sent me a letter telling I won't be getting the best rates because my credit check wasn't up to their standards. Are all auto insurance co. doing this, now, or is it just mine, and should I tell them to take a hike and find another? I am with American Family.
