I've been reading some reviews and have concerns about comments. How important is the issue of adjusting valves? Someone mentioned they had to do it every 2 oil changes. Does the dealer have to do this? I also read some negative comments about chain drive vs shaft. Any advice?

I am a adult, and I have had some problems attaining license. I live in maine and have completed hours required to obtain a license, however I had to get my permit re-enstated due to the fact it expired on the day of the test. I now have new permit and for the time being I need a "work" (drivers) license to get me to and from work. I was told about this license by a fellow employee. I am a full time chef at a restaraunt and I need this really soon cause being driven isn't working out.

I'm over 18 have completed hours required and am safe driver with clean record, any help will be appreciated.

we have everything back together and we are having problems timing the car we think it might be a 180 degrees off but we have found tdc and set it according to the specs in the chilton manual and also might think that the crankshaft position sensor might be bad any suggestions because the car was running before the head gasket was blown about 3 months ago so i dont think that the sensor is bad but we have been trying to mess with this thing for 2 weeks and not getting any progress

I already tried using a jump wire from the "10 to GND" in the Data Link Connector as advised in the shop manual on "mx-3.com", it just blows a fuse...and the fuse it blows is for "fuel injection". It can't be this difficult to set timing in this car (or is it?).

I filled up with it once feeling good about my descicion. The lady at the station said that an average American using only unleaded biofuel would save a barrel and a half of oil per year, but it seemed like I may not have had as good of gas mileage, which means I'd have to fill up more often, counteracting the saving of oil. Can anyone give me any information on this?

When starting the Jeep there is power to the fuel pump as long as the starter is engaged. When you let go of the key the pump has no electric power. Im thinking there is a relay gone bad but just where is it located at.

The bus company has released plans to build a light rail on the street right in front of my house. How is this going to affect my property value?? Are they going to try "iminent domain" and tear my house down to build this thing?? They have a neighborhood meeting scheduled for 2 weeks from now, but I want some info. before i go to it.

I have coolant leaking out and i'm pretty sure now that it is the water pump. Question can water pumps leak even if the cars not running?Like a steady drip every two seconds? Forming a decent puddle after awhile, but when running the pump is'nt making any abnormal noises is that normal? Is there other clues to positively know the pump is bad? I cant believe how hard a job it looks like it would be to replace it there is no room! Anybody with some helpful how to's? how about an estimate on how much a shop would charge to do it?
